SERVICE MENU & FEES
For live music vocal performances at private events and public venues.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Deposit: 50% of the total service fee due upon booking to secure the date.

  • Remaining Balance: Due in full no later than the day of the event.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Cash

    • Zelle

    • PayPal

    • Invoice (for businesses/venues)

  • Late Payment Fee: $25 added for every 3-day period past due.

  • Cancellations:

    • 100% refund if canceled ≥14 days in advance

    • 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days prior

    • No refund if canceled within 7 days of event

    • If Harmoniq Entertainment cancels, a full refund will be issued

  • All rates are negotiable based on budget, collaboration opportunities, and charitable/community engagement. Package deals are available for multi-date bookings or residency arrangements.
